It made me laugh, cry and normalised for me the emotions and everything I went through after splitting from a long term relationship. It’s very relatable and would highly recommend purchasing it. Louise comes across as loving and caring and typical girl next door too. She talks about the horrendous pressures of being in the public eye and the impact of the internet trolls who are clearly just jealous of how beautiful she is on the inside and the out and probably hate the fact their boyfriend/husband fancies her (my husband does!). It is always a shame that even the celebrities are badly affected by the dreadful keyboard warriors who would probably slag off a paper bag. ( Reviewed in the United Kingdom on March 28, 2021 )

I remember a lot of her earlier life being covered in the book she wrote many years ago with Kate Thornton so a lot of the content didn’t come as a surprise but it was a good read nonetheless.
